1) Position: Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

  • Measuring and preparing of tender documentation and negotiation with contractors

  • Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation

  • Deal with significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and or expense claims, terms and conditions etc

  • Preparation of tender submission with specific deadline

  • Evaluate and process vendors claims

  • Prepare monthly progress claims in timely manner

  • Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder.

  • Minimum 2 year experience in this position.

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

2) Position: Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Filling, invoicing, payments and data entry

  • Issue cheque and arrange Giro payment

  • Monitor and report on bank account balances

  • Assist in timely and accurate month-end closing.

  • Preparation of management reports and statutory reports

  • Preparation of GST report

 

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level & above

  • Proficient in MS office application

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English.

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

3) Position: Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

  • Ensure that all project matters are coordinated and problems encountered during project proceeding.

  • Resolve all contractual issues with the Client

  • To submit progress reports and follow up on all project progress and all contractual correspondence

  • Budget control, verification of vendor claims and push for payments.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or above in civil engineering / building

  • Minimum 5 years experience in building construction (with at least 2 years in this position).

  • Superior negotiation ability, can quickly solve questions & challenges encountered

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

4) Job Position: Draftsman

Responsibilities:

  • Produce shop drawing with well coordination with respective trades

  • Co-ordinate with consultants and sub-con on the drawings

  • Work with the project team to ensure works are on schedule

  • Preparation of submission drawings complying with various authorities guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • diploma in architecture or Civil Engineering

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in this position.

5) Position: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.

  • Ensure that organization and government standards on safety are met.

  • Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.

  • Address, solve problems and prepare status reports.

  • Ensure construction works can meet the owner’s timeline.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder or above in civil engineering / building.

  • Minimum 3 year experience in Building construction.

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts

7) Position: Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients, consultants and sub- contractor;

  • Ensure that project schedule is being met;

  • Overall in-charge of project management and implementation;

  • To prepare project monthly progress reports and work done certifications;

  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.

  • Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or above in civil engineering / building

  • Minimum 2 years experience in building construction.

  • Bilingual is preferred. Fluent in written and spoken in English and basic spoken in order to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
